335 degrees is an odd oven setting and I can’t set my oven to that temp. Was this a misprint?

I think you're fine with 325.

No misprint. Adjust your oven slightly your down, as possible. And cooking time slightly up or down.

Roddy is a British cook; this was 170c and 335f in the original recipe (guardian newspaper 2016).
