4 Inch Meatballs???? Is This a Misprint???

The recipe says to form the meatballs into 4 inch balls. That can’t be right. FOUR INCHES???? With 2 pounds of meat, that would give you approximately 4 meatballs. That’s ridiculous.

Hi Beautybaby! Thank you for flagging. Cesar does make quite large meatballs in the video here https://www.tiktok.com/@food52/video/7333076651808443694, but to be safe we adjusted the recipe to 2 inches. Let us know if you try them and how you like them!
