Can I make the layers and freeze them until ready to use? about 5 days?
Made the layers last night and they are frozen since then...dinner party got canceled and I don't want to eat the cake by myself ha! but i have family coming in 5 days so i'm thinking to postpone the filling at least until then and then assemble the whole cake.
