Has anyone tried to cook in advance and freeze?
Wondering if anyone has tried to cook this in advance and freeze for a couple of weeks before thawing/reheating?!

However some people are less picky about quality degradation. Try it out and decide for yourself if A.) it's something you'd eat yourself as leftovers during a busy workweek, and B.) whether or not it's something you'd put in front of dinner guests.
In the end you just need to please the taste buds of those sitting at your dinner table.
