My favorite salad is the Green Goddess Salad from Baked by Melissa. I make it whenever I crave vegetables.

In recent years, I realized that I don't like lettuce (except for romaine and iceberg, because they're so crisp and a joy to chew) and favor more robust salad that is loaded with crunchy vegetables and a sweet & tangy dressing over traditional oil/vinegar.

Wonderful combination of roasted carrots, avocado, sprouts, sour cream, garnishes.
