Geda Dough are you sure with the measurements? 1 cup (120 grams) all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (240 grams) warm water isn't 1 cup water about 240g?

Apologies for the confusion Kichaka. I've corrected it to 1 cup of warm water. You will likely need a little more to achieve the pancake batter consistency he shows in his video about 1 minute in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzBcVDilXEo.

You're correct. From this other recipe (https://woonheng.com/ge-da-tang-dough-drop-soup/#recipe) I think it should be 1:1 by weight, so 120g of AP flour and 120g/0.5 cups water.
