Bread for an Easter dinner party

I am going to a friend’s home for dinner on Easter Sunday. I asked what I can bring and was told “bread, any kind of bread”. Main course for dinner is lamb. What kind of bread should I bring.

A few ideas.
Keep in mind that lamb has a rich fatty taste and it’s probably better to avoid rich buttery breads.
Rather go for those that are simpler or have a flavour to offset or balance the rich lamb taste.
Thus:
• baguette
• ciabatta or Italian country loaf
• Moroccan flat bread (with or without garnishes. See British web site “meatsmokefire” for more details)
• sourdough.
Enjoy the dinner and please tell us what you eventually decide on.
