Video & written recipe don't jibe

The video and written recipe doesn't jibe.

In video you used 1 stick of butter on a preheated pan.

In written recipe you use 2 T butter on a cold pan to be preheated.

Why the differences?

She isn't using the entire stick of butter in the pan, she is moving the larger block around on the sheet to more evenly coat it. The recipe calls for you to put the butter in the pan, and then heat that in the oven while you coat the chicken. I've no idea why there is the discrepancy but in the end it doesn't really matter. If you are fast to coat the chicken, then the butter is fine to heat and melt in the meantime. Me, I'm a bit slower moving- so I would probably heat the sheet and then add the butter to the hot pan to melt. Either way, you end up with melted butter to oven fry the chicken in, and it ends up really tasty. Using the full stick of butter wouldn't necessarily "hurt" anything, either. The chicken would taste heavenly- though to delay arrival at the heavenly gates it would probably be best to stick to the listed 2 tablespoons.
