How to prepare leftover Kobe beef tenderloin

I have used a restaurant technique that I read about somewhere. Simmer beef broth. Slice the tenderloin thinly or to your taste. Briefly warm the slices in the broth. This preserves the medium rare condition of the meat. Good luck
