hat Features Are Lacking or Could Be Enhanced in Food Delivery Apps?

For those who use food delivery apps frequently, what are the top features you think are missing or could be improved in an UberEats clone? I’m keen to incorporate your feedback into my project.

Rarely use food delivery services, but ordered a cheesecake from NYC through G*ldB*lly. And had replaced. And replaced a SECOND time. The issue was that first 2 times it arrived, it and the "freezer paks" were both room temp. The final one, packed with dry ice this time, was not frozen (as it was advertised), but cold enough. Unfortunately it had travelled on its side for part of the journey so was very much schmushed. It tasted good, but we ate it in ice cream dishes. My suggestion is to do testing in the summer, prior to offering anything that needs to stay frozen or extremely cold OR don't offer during the summer months.

Gammy - yes, and.
A couple online sellers of chocolate (which I often use for gifts) do what you suggest - advise not to ship in warm weather, and do ship protected from heat. As long as the conditions are clearly stated on a website, customers know when to make their purchases and everyone is happy.
