Cherry jam brand for Cherry Danish Cake
What brand do you want prefer? I can’t find one that has a deep cherry flavor.

It's used very often in bakeries. It's thicker than jam.
• look for brands where the fruit (not sugar) is listed first in the ingredients. This indicates greater quantity (and, hopefully, flavor).
• look for foreign made brands, especially French and British. Often more expensive than standard American brands but also more flavor.
• make homemade cherry jam. Easy, even with frozen or canned fruit.
* Organic jams often have more flavor than standard brands.
* Preserved cherries (not jam) have lots of flavor and can be drained and used instead of jam. Keep the drained liquid for another use - fruit compote, or a cocktail.
