I have seen and used frozen raw eggs. And from internet sources, people say yes to cooked ones. The only modification I would make to this recipe is to cut it in large rectangles and stack in a plastic container, with some wax paper or parchment paper between the pieces (to take up less space in the freezer). Then, to finish and serve, put back on a sheet pan and cook or reheat.
