does your nitrogen canister work to whip nondairy milks?

I would love to buy your canister that makes whip cream, but we have to be a dairy free family. Has anyone tried it with coconut milk, or any other nondairy? I'm wondering if it works with any or all options?

Hi Maren!

So glad you're interested in the world of Cream Chargers like the Whipped Cream Canister we recommend from Frieling!

This canister, and others like it, can absolutely whip non-diary cream substitutes. Full fat coconut milk would be the best simulacrum, largely due to the high fat content being most similar to heavy cream. The fat helps to stabilize and retain the air bubbles that are created when a liquid is whipped.

Happy whipping!
