How early can I dry brine and mayo, herb garlic rub turkey breast?

I want to dry brine a spatchcocked turkey breast for 48 hours, but can I also put a mayo herb garlic rub under the skin this early? I’m going out of town and won’t be back until the day of cooking.

Hi D'nea! You can dry brine your turkey 48 hours ahead of time but I wouldn't let it sit much longer than that. You should wait to put the mayo rub under the skin until the day you cook it, though. Hope it turns out great :)
