Making the apple-brined turkey with garlic herb butter- do I remove the giblets before or after I brine the turkey?

Google answered it. Remove giblets before. Probably an obvious answer, but as a general rule I panic whenever cooking animals/fish when over 70% of their body/organs/bones are intact. Happy cooking, folks!

Follow-up question- am i safe to just stick the whole bird in brine into the fridge overnight once process complete? I saw somebody posting about checking the water temperature, but I'm guessing that's just if you're dethawing...
