The amounts of aqua faba don't add up corrrectly. The total amount after reducing is 325g. The recipe states to divide in half to get 270g for each pa
Recipe states use 270 g of reduced aquababa in each component of the recipe. That would be a total of 540g. Then in the ingredient list the shells component says use 110g of reduced aquafaba and 270g in the buttercream ingredient list. That does NOT add up to
325g either. None of it makes any sense. I am reluctant to continue with the recipe, especially since the reviews confirm that it doesn't turn out right.
