Can this recipe be doubled? Need to make for 8!
I have made this many times and love it but I need to make it for 8 people! Is it possible to do two pans at once? Wondering if it would still cook the same. Thank you for your help!

You could absolutely make this a double recipe. If you do I'd recommend rotating and switching the pan racks halfway through and be conscious that this may take longer than if you had just done one.
Alternatively, if your oven has a convection setting then you could just use that and not worried about shifting things around.
