What do you think of making these cookies ahead?
I would like to make these for a party that we are having in two weeks. I was wondering whether their flavors might actually be enhanced from being made ahead. What do you think? Thank you very much, and a lovely holiday to all. Since I got no responses to my original question, I went ahead and made the batter yesterday. My new question is: should I make the cookies and freeze them or should I Freeze the batter and bake them the day of the party? Thanks again!
