i do not drink. Please name a cognac to use in the cake. thanks

You can use a basic Courvoisier VS. You can buy it in tiny, single serving bottles in most Liquor Stores so that you do not have to buy more than what you'll need. Let me know if you need any further info and have fun making the cake! Viviane
