I liked this
Okay, I'm reposting because I was bad and did not add tags. Lately I'm noticing that when I scroll back through foodpickles (miss the term, regardless of what spellcheck thinks) to which I've posted something, alongside my answers is *I (or You, sorry, can't remember which) liked this*. So, first, if I didn't, um, like what I had to say, I wouldn't have said it. But more important, I don't *like* my own answers. So why is this happening? I'll behave and add some tags

For what it's worth, while what *you* see is something like "you liked this", all anyone else sees is "1 like". So while you may *appear* narcissistic to yourself, we continue to see you as the helpful Foodpickle-answering, Golden Nugget Bread-baking Boulangere. :-)
As for the like issue, this has been going on since I started visiting food52 last year.
I've been away from a computer all day. Didyou notice when the masthead changed from "foodpickle" to "ask a question"?
You like me,
We're a happy family,
But when it says "You Liked This" thread,
Should it cause you to turn red?
No, it shouldn't, because the rest of us can't see that you "liked" yourself. I've seen that I've "liked" myself, but I've never seen "boulangere liked this" next to one of her own answers, even though it would be okay if it did.
