Am making Sonali's Braised Chicken and Olives. Need 2 preserved lemons, but the jar has 5. Can I freeze the others? Discard pulp 1st?

They last at least a year in the fridge. Typically you do discard the pulp, or save it to use in a vinaigrette.

If you just keep them in their jar in the fridge, they'll last a long time, since they've already been preserved in salt.
