Fried red potatoes. Can't find recipe or technique. Details in post.

It was one the main page post about smashing a red potato (or small potato) and frying it.

The search function isn't coming up the keywords; which my memory might be retrieving correctly.

Also, has anyone else looked back to search recipes and not seen the recipes, suggestions etc, that were listed on the main page from the food52 staff?

Thanks, I've had that problem before...trying to remember a recipe from the blog that doesn't keyword with 'recipe search'.

An example of that is the ginger soda, Amanda posted about the soda stream awhile back. Doesn't show up under 'ginger, soda, soda stream' in recipe search.
Thanks for the tip, My "Back button" was getting worn out.

Looks like searching the blog page search box is the way to find it.
