Crackers, bread, something simple to serve with or to use as a palate cleanser with some cantaloupe pickles.
I think any cheese that goes with home made chutney (brie, mild manchego) would be good along with crackers that are not too complicated - water crackers or something like Ritz. That would allow the pickle to shine.
There is such thing as pickled cantaloupe?
Wouldn't work as a "palate cleanser" but prosciutto or jamon serrano would "agree" as an accompaniment to pickled melon.
