I have a question about the ingredient "peach nectar" on the recipe "D.U.M.P. (Don't. Underestimate. My. Peach.q) Cake" from lorigoldsby. what is peach nectar?
Peach juice, but with a certain amount of pulp in so it comes up fairly thick. We have nectar d'abricot when we go to France (I'm in the UK) and it's lush.... I'm guessing peach nectar would be equally delicious...
