Better to use ricotta or cream cheese?
The best is my mother's Aunt Louise's cheesecake recipe. It's a wonderful combination of ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream mingled with flavorings of orange extract and white creme de cacao, then baked in a water bath. Decadent!
