I'm looking for an Italian ricotta cheesecake recipe.

I love Lucy Mercer's Meyer Lemon Cheesecake- and it is beautiful with Ricotta; I've made it twice that way. Use 24 ox of Ricotta cheese, squeeze out extra liquid with a cheese cloth or tea towel.
