A question about a recipe: Sicilian-Style Swordfish
I have a question about step 3 on the recipe "Sicilian-Style Swordfish" from cucinettaNYC. It says:
"Add sun-dried tomatoes, olives, capers, wine and generous pinch red pepper flakes; stir together. Transfer to bowl." Is this just mixed together with the sauteed onions and garlic, or is it supposed to be sauteed first? i mixed the ingredients together and it was delicious.
