I have a question about the ingredient "pear liqueur" on the recipe "Autum Spice Pear Jam" from SLD.
I need a substitute for the pear liquer.
You might try 1 1/2 tablespoons pear nectar and 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy or cognac.
Pear Brandy would be good to try. The cognac is also a really good ideal; I am going to try it next time!
