What is a complete veg protein with no carbs

As far as I know, the only way to get protein without carbs would be to isolate the protein -- so you no longer have a whole food. You could use a protein powder if you want to boost protein. They differ -- check nutrition labels. Personally, I'd stick to food!

The only one that comes to mind is seitan. But I agree with susan g. Give me food any day.
