Recommendation for a gluten free flour BLEND? I live in Fort Worth TX and a recipe for peaches, esp from Parker County, is always a good thing....

... (BTW: Season has passed and the drought & fires may damage next years' (sic) crop - Recipes keep even if the the ingrediants aren't available.
