Yes, but the texture might be slightly different than if you were to grind it yourself. Are you combining the beef with pork, spices, etc.?
Its all game meat that I was going to run through the grinder to add some pork fat to on the second grinding. It is frozen now any suggestions would prefer to have chunks of maet but not the case this time. Regards
