When I click on a recipe category, more often than not, I only get 1 page of recipes. Any one else having this problem? Am I missing some

thing? Also, the page has words running on top of each other on my screen.

Peter, this is not just about the recipes page. This happens on almost every page I look at, that the text overlaps or the gray bar on the bottom hides the additional numbers. For example, a single recipe page is all over the place, with random white space and boxes overlapping. I use internet explorer 7 on a pc. If you want to send me an email address, I am happy to send you some screen shots so you can see what I see. I love this site, but it has become a lot harder to use, and a lot slower. Thanks!

Allison, if this issue hasn't yet been resolved, it would actually be great if you could send us some screenshots to [email protected] -- thanks so much for your patience!

All, I'm fairly sure the lack of results is because we still have "top recipes" selected when you click a category. That's a mistake we'll fix shortly. In the meantime, if after clicking a category you click the little "x" next to "top recipes" you should get a lot more results. :-)

It feels harder rather than easier to negotiate around the site, and the slow pace is frustrating.

Food52, can you address this on the main page? I feel like this question has been asked often, but I cannot find the questions to see if you have answered. I am still having this problem...

I am having some of the same problems. If I try to print a recipe, I will get 44 +pages. Words are over - lapped on site. If there are more than 10 results, I can't click to next page, as 1234 ....next is covered by large grey box at bottom of page. I can only access the first 10 saved recipes, there is nowhere to click next.
I have a pc and not having any difficulty on any other sites.

I think this is what's happening: when you click on a recipe category, the search defaults to include "top recipes" (assuming there are some in that category). E.g. if I click "cookies" I get 31 results, because "top recipes" is a filter. If I uncheck "top recipes" there are 466 results. So try unchecking "top recipes" (click on the little x) and see whether more results then appear. Are others seeing the same default behavior? Even if the "top recipes" are the most tested or beautifully photographed, it is a little confusing and/or misleading to users to default to only displaying those (when a user might more likely expect to see all recipes in the category or with the search term displayed). (I am running Firefox on a PC.)

I can't answer the question but I'm experiencing the same problem with text overlapping to the point of being illegible.

Pierino, is this happening when you click on a recipe category -- or is it happening on other pages as well. Please let me know. Also, can you let me know if you're on Mac or PC and what browser? Thanks.
