Search problems: I search for "pasta" and a random group of pasta recipes appear. I narrow down to popular which then works for only 1 page.

I noticed that when I searched for appetizers, only a few EPs show up. What about all the rest? Is there a "secret" to adding tags so our recipes come up in searches?
