lorigoldsby, that's true of the Nook version as well. It won't be available until mid November. I have in the past bought e-versions of cookbooks I've owned with the thought that I could cook out of them wherever I was with only the Nook, and was disappointed to discover that they weren't 100% the same!!

curious about the Kindle version...I pre-ordered it, and just now saw that it won't arrive until next month! I was looking forward to being able to read it on my ipad--especially handy to have if I'm in the kitchen!

This is in the 'maybe try this at home' catagory.
The Magnetic cover of the ipad..is pretty strong. Sometimes I put mine on the 'fridge. It sticks.
Not something I'd leave there for any time..but in my place it's a great little 'fridge pad.
