Depends on the weather like with all baked goods. Humid hot weather will make your pie mushy in a couple of days. If its not going to be eaten in 2 days refrigerate and serve it warmed ( with ice cream on top of corse) to make it better.
I don't put my apple pie in the fridge...it changes all the flavors and the crust get ugly in taste and texture. It does't seem to go bad. It's too good to be bad.
