A question about a recipe: Faulknerian Family Spice Cake, with Caramel Icing

I don't have a tube pan...what's the next best option? Thank you! School's bake sale is tomorrow...so any help would be so appreciated...

A bundt pan will work if you have it. 2 loaf pans will work. Cupcakes would work but are more time consuming. I think just about any pan would work for this, really, even rectangular cake. It just won't have the visiual impact. Just remember when changing pan sizes to only fill 2/3 to 3/4 full so it doesn't overflow. You may have extra batter for a smaller pan. Also when using a smaller pan check for doneness much earlier. Disclaimer: I haven't made this particular cake, just my 2 cents. Good luck.
