My mom used to make a pepper steak with beef round which is basically the same as a pork chop and pepper recipe I posted recently..braising the beef in the tomato sauce will make it nice and tender
Here is a recipe for Swiss Steak, make it all the time with round steak and its braised and slow cooked in tomato, very tender in the end.
