I think brussel sprouts would be nice. Smittenkitchen.com just posted a dijon braised brussel sprout recipe that would be lovely! I also think cauliflower would be nice- there are plenty of great cauliflower recipes on the site. I'd make some bread or rolls and maybe a side salad.
