Ingredients

large sweet potato

1 cup
plain yogurt

1/2 cup
Barley+ Cranberry & Nuts Museli

1 tablespoon
chia seeds

slices multigrain toast
Directions

Slice one large sweet potato into one inch slices.

Bake in the oven for ten minutes until sweet potato softens. Use a fork to spread the sweet potato on the toast.

Top with plain yogurt

Top with your favorites including Barley+ Cranberry and Nuts muesli, Chia seeds and strawberries.
