Author Notes
These appetizer-ready mini sandwiches feature slices of crispy bacon, creamy Brie, sweet blackberry preserves, and buttery, toasted Sara Lee Artesano Steakhouse Dinner Rolls—perfect for parties, game days, and more. The marriage of textures and flavors makes these sliders rich and decadent, so they’re ideal in miniature form (but we bet you can’t eat just one). If you want to switch up the sweet note, try swapping apple butter or other fruity spread for the blackberry jam. —Posie (Harwood) Brien

Sara Lee Artesano Dinner Rolls
-
4 tablespoons
blackberry jam (or preserves)
-
8
slices bacon, halved then cooked until crisp
-
6 ounces
Brie, cut lengthwise into ½-ounce pieces
-
2 tablespoons
olive oil
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
-
Split the dinner rolls in half horizontally, fully separating the top and bottom. Place the bottom half on a lined baking sheet.
-
Spread the preserves in an even layer on the bottom of the rolls, then add two pieces of bacon and a slice of Brie. Add the top half of the rolls and brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
-
Place a second baking sheet on top of the rolls and add something heavy (like a cast-iron skillet) to weigh it down. Bake the rolls for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is warm and just beginning to soften.
-
Remove from the oven, separate into individual sliders, and serve warm.
