Brotform Bread Rising Baskets
A cradle for your dough.
Bread dough needs to be babied, and these traditional natural cane rising molds—which come in small and large rounds, rectangular loaves, and baguette form—will help you raise baby the right way. Simply flour the insides of the baskets and plop in your kneaded dough for its final rise. The forms will give your bread a better rise and uniform shapes, which translates to crunchier crusts and better texture after baking. These quirky little guys can also function off-bread-raising-duty as (cooked) bread or chip baskets for the table.

Care & Notes
These baskets are relatively low maintenance—simply shake out excess flour after each use. If there are stray pieces of dough, wait until it dries and then use a stiff brush to take it off. To clean, use a stiff brush and warm water, and then let air dry. Do not dishwash, as soaking cane for over 15 minutes may lead to warping and discoloration.
