Leaves my loaves looking so pretty

I wasn't exactly sure how to use this at first, but once I got the flouring down, they were great! Pro tip: use white rice flour, and use it heavily. I use this basket on the regular.

Beautiful bread-proofing basket

I bought a smaller loaf banner on, loved it, and then ordered this. The risen dough releases easily and they really are beautiful. Highly recommend these.

Makes beautiful bread

I usually let my bread proof just on the counter in a ball. I’d been eyeing this and finally bought it - the bread it makes is beautiful! I let my dough do it’s second rise in this - floured thoroughly - and it leaves a nice stripe/ridge along the bread.

Makes Beautiful Bread Shape

My son purchased this for his sister for the holidays. She has been making gluten-free sourdough bread for me using this basket. It comes out in a perfect shape with lovely ridges on the top. The bread she makes in this basket rises better and looks amazing.
