Another great find/product from Food52. We needed to replace our wok due to getting an induction stove and I wanted a light one for the same reason. We fried piroshski in it for its maiden voyage last night and they came out great. The draining rack is really lovely.

It's light, perfect size and distributes even heat. I love this wok and seriously do my normal cooking also in it like sauté veggies or prepare curries. Cleans up easy, better than any toxic non stick. A must have in a kitchen. I am pleasantly surprised.

Very happy with this purchase. Surface is very slick - scrambled eggs don’t stick! Get some sticking at the very center when making fried rice and noodles when there isn’t a lot of free oil left in the wok, but that fond creates great flavor and anything that does not get incorporated into the dish is easily cleaned.

A: Sorry to hear you're having issues! Here are our care instructions to re-season your wok: You’ll want to re-season your wok occasionally to keep it in tip top shape. Here’s how: Heat your pan on the stove for a few minutes, then coat with a small glug of flavorless oil (vegetable or canola, if you please). Once it begins to smoke, drain and wipe well with a dry cloth. Repeat this step 2-3 times. To finish, let the pan cool down, then wash it with hot water and a sponge. Dry well and—you know the drill—coat with a little oil before storing.
