I'll try the Candied Olives . . . . if I can find an acceptable substitution for the Castelvetranos. Any suggestions? Thanks!

it sounds like a meaty, fruity green olive is in order, something not too briny or salty-- i would try cerignolas. (castelvetranos and cerignolas might be my two favorite olives!)
