J. Kenji López-Alt ( Guide to baking chocolate chip cookies with the reminder to read the whole thing was great, I also like a chewy yet crisp. I read the whole thing and the next day made the cookies as instructed and they were my kind of cc cookie. The chopped chocolate choc and the butter with the ice cube were game changers for me.
