Graham crackers are decidedly humble: They’re there when you need a snack and often take the backseat as a crust for pies and cakes. They even Stay with You in your tent on camping trips so you can make s’mores.
That ordinary status? It’s time to Shake It Off, because The Grammy Awards are this Sunday, and if there was ever an event for a graham cracker to get Fancy, this would be it. Can’t see the connection? Really, it’s just a pun too good to avoid, so bear with us for a moment longer; we need to fit in the rest of the Record of the Year nominations.
For the awards ceremony, the graham crackers will be wearing Chandelier earrings made of chocolate and comfortable dancing shoes -- because they’re All About That Bass.
