It's the kickoff of the semifinals! New York Times writer Henry Alford is up today, choosing between Brooks Headley's Fancy Desserts and Sean Brock's Heritage. (For a quick catch-up on what happened in Round 2, see how Fancy Desserts advanced here, and how Heritage advanced here.) Sweets or Southern -- which one will advance to the finals?

Read Henry's decision here, and let us know what you think in the comments section -- one lucky commenter will have a chance to win a copy of the prevailing book.
