12 Tapas-Friendly Recipes Meant to Share

October 22, 2015

I like to eat with my hands; it's comforting and intimate—the same way I feel I'm in good company when everyone around me is barefoot.

And so it follows that good old get-in-there-with-your-hands tapas is one of my favorite ways to eat; it's the "small plates to share" feeling, but in place of stuffiness, there's a sense that no matter how many olives or scoops of labneh you eat, there will always be more to come.

Get in there with your hands and make these 12 dips and finger foods for your next tapas:

This would be my dream meal. I'm a big fan of tapas style instead of large single serve meals. This spread would make for a wonderful dinner party.

I love the idea of well-crafted tapas and exquiste wines, rather than a full-set meal. Perfect setting for great conversations and memories
