You don't know what you see, do you?😊 It is just the perfect snack: omlette with avorose, bee pollen and gojiberries, it's kinda natural sweet treat, which has just a perfect macronutrition balance.👌 It's also an entry for a brilliant hungarian challange hosted by @dorkaland (check her profile for beautiful fitfood photo), but now is no reason to translate in english. ________________ Nagyon sokaig húztam a belépőmet @dorkaland fantasztikus #enatanyaron játékára, ezzel a mindent az utolsó pillanatban hozzáállással máris sokat elárultam magamról.😁😄 Az étel viszont azt hiszem tökéletesen jellemez: elsőre nem is igazán tudod kivel állsz szemben, hiába van előtted tisztán, mégis mást gondolsz róla. Ez ugyanis egy teljesen egyszerű tojásomlett, egy kicsit extrább avokádó, gojibogyó, virágpor feltéttel. Van benne egy kis hétköznapiság, de egy kis különlegesség is, sósnak tűnik, de igazából édes, elsőre kemény, de amint közel engeded magadhoz meglágyul. A húsmentesség szintén fontos volt, amivel az erőszakmentességet és az érzékenységet szerettem volna kifejezni, a harmonikusságot a kiváló makróarányokkal és a színekkel akartam megmutatni, az egyszerűségre, ugyanakkor a szépre való törekvést pedig a tálalás kettősége mutatja. Köszönöm Dorka hogy kitaláltad ezt a játékot, most is olyat adtál nekünk, ami hihetetlenül értékes! I am not a fan of being sick, at all and when I am, the last thing I want to do is slave away in the kitchen cooking. So this morning I just threw together whatever leftovers (sautée pork and chicken, beans, corn from taco and veggies from yesterday's breakfast) I had in the fridge into a pan and heated them up, topped with a fried egg, fresh chopped tomato, radishes, lettuce, cilantro, avocado rose and drizzled with our favorite jalapeño hot sauce from @formosasauce and sprinkled with @red_ridge Porcini salt. Enjoyed it with my spoon by @facturegoods and called it breakfast and lunch. Another day, another pasta recipe. 🍝 The sauce is roasted red peppers mixed with roasted onions, garlic and some seasoning. The #pasta is a mix of #glutenfree rice and kale spaghetti and #zucchininoodles. Aaaaand. An avocado on top. Because I went running before dinner and needed to fuel up... Not that you ever need any reason to eat #avocado! 😍 I also added some #goatcheese but leave that out if you want to eat #vegan!

Point is not if avo shaped as a flower* would taste any better, or any different. Point is that it simply makes you smile, as it's indoubtedly nicer and funnier than an 'average' one. *cut avo in half, peel, remove the pit and slice each half very thinly. Lengthen the slices in a single, long line, keeping the slices overlapping. Flatten a little, then curl the avo slices toward the centre until the shape resembles a flower. Add goat's curd, a boiled egg from yesterday's post, some slices of date&walnuts sourdough, a glug of good evoo and you'll get a nice pre-dinner bite. And yes, pre-dinner kinda snack board is a thing 😂
