Those bread-crumby eggs are ridiculously simple and brilliant! Just made them for a late lunch. It's like toast and eggs wrapped in one with the perfect acidity from the balsamic.... Freaking genius!!!

They all sound good, but I think the pasta dish with roasted red pepper I will try before any other, my vote goes with that one!

I've tried the beet ravioli and it's delicious! Sounds hard but is so easy!

Egg in breadcrumbs is my vote, simple ingredients but a wow flavor, texture and presentation!

I’ll make the Asparagus Salad and add shaved fennel for a little crunch.

I have a great asparagus patch in my garden so the shaved asparagus salad is my choice.

Lots of inspiration here! The asparagus salad gets my vote -- light, refreshing, and quick to make!

Rebecca F's ravioli! Been craving ravioli for days... I already have peeled beets (don't ask), so this (not)recipe is calling my name.

Bread crumbs and eggs sounds simple and delish with the drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Served over a bed of arugula would donut for me.

All look good, so it was hard to decide, but this one seemed so simple yet delicious - the fried egg in bread crumbs.

I like so many of these - the asparagus/tahini salad, the crumb-y fried egg, the mussels, the roasted pepper pasta. If I have to choose only one, I think it will have to be the pasta.

The Peppered Pasta looks great!! Since I am a fan of Fettuccine Alfredo this looks like a take off for that!!! YUM YUM!!

Eggs in bread crumbs (because these are ingredients most commonly kept in our home)! Looking forward to giving it a go!

I always have tahini on hand, but never would have thought of using it in a vinaigrette. Love the addition of the sumac too. EmilyC's asparagus and arugula salad gets my vote. I also really like the sound of the labneh and radicchio salad. I guess I am ready for spring . . . salads with fresh produce sound so appealing right now. :)

It was a toss up, but I went for the eggs and bread crumbs. It is a meal that
can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Next would be the easy pureed pepper pasta. Lastly the roasted beet salad. I could also add the ravoli. They are all soooo good, but #1 is the eggs and bread crumbs. Yum, Yum, Yum!!!

My vote goes to emilyc. Her salad looks so quick to make, uses ingredients I have on hand, and incorporates the veggies I get in my farmshare. Not to mention the lemony tahini-parmesan vinaigrette sounds killer. #NOcontest

I would really love to have Kerry's sea bass and emilyc's asparagus salad for dinner tonight! I just can't decide which if I had to ...but if I'm tortured to choose, the shredded asparagus would be the first to dip my fork into.

OMG! SO many I wanna try! I have to say that I vote for the pureed pepper pasta, even though i seem to be the only one, because it is made up of ingredients that almost everyone has on hand. The asparagus salad sounds awsome, but i never have sumac. The breaded egg sounds amazing, but I never have panko, the ravioli look divine, but rarely do I have roasted beets or wonton wrappers ready. I salute 20min dinners that you DONT have to run to the grocery store for!

Emily C's salad recipe looks incredible - and a great way to use the tahini in my fridge besides hummus.

Tabbouleh - because it's truly a 'notrecipe' - and mentions using various combinations.

Eggs and bread crumbs. Because it's not too far of a stretch from toast for dinner, but way better. #BeenThere

So difficult to choose - yet I'll go with the kimchi stew, with the tahini-dressed asparagus salad a close second. Good luck, (not)recipe peeps!

Emily asparagus salad gets my vote, with eggs in bread crumbs fried as a close second (although I would add some garlic & herbs to the bread crumbs)
