Last night James Beard Foundation Awards in the Restaurant, Chef, and Outstanding Restaurant Design categories were presented. The event was hosted by Carla Hall in the beautiful Lyric Opera of Chicago.
Many of the winners are not only restaurant chefs, but also founts of food wisdom, whose tips and recipes have appeared on Food52 many, many times.
